Is it already a DBW truck? Any other information on the setup?

There might be better choices that sticking a car intake on your truck.

The truck intake will be better suited than the car intake if you care about low end torque.

yes its an 03 silverado 5.3 with the electric throttle body , the ls2 intake is off a trailblazer ss and i have a performance throttle body +spacer+ cold air intake so I'm sticking with it + it should have more flow then the ls1 and the throttle body is bigger, my only concern is what kind of wiring do i need to hook it up and have it running properly..

I think you have your motors mixed up but that's okay.

The LS1 is a 5.7 car motor, your 5.3 is likey a LM7 with a different throttle body/intake than an LS1.

The LS2 truck motor has a TBSS/NNBS style truck intake.

Aside from that I think they make a x-link adapter harness to run it but someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Also toss the TB spacer in the parts bin, they are just another spot for a vacuum leak and don't add performace.
