Lifted DD to lowered racetruck
Well I've owned the truck for about 5 years I bought it bone stock and immediately installed a 4" trailmaster suspension lift, Zone 3" body lift, and 34" hankook dynapro Mt's. I blew the 5.3 at 214k so I built a new 5.3 with a 212/218 low lift from comp cams and full bolt ons. Shortly after I installed pacesetter long tubes, and Gibson exhaust. Here's some pics. First Day [IMG][/IMG] after all the lift tint tires and painting. [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

Building time
So I finally decided to start over and build a ecsb lowered show/drag truck. The plan is to remove all lift and install DJM 3/6 drop, 80e swap, circleD 3200, tru-cool 40k, nitrous express 150 wet kit, 222/224 112lsa comp cam, milled 243 heads, fuel cell with custom lines and walbro 255, SS replica wheels, hd front end conversion. I sold the tires and rims for some roller wheels and tires and cash for investment. So far I've removed the 4l60e, transmission lines and cooler, t case, fuel tank all interior including all Hvac, entire fuel system, battery and cables so I can relocate in rear. I have already pinned the PCM for the 80e swap and used a Nelson Perfomance conversion harness. I'll be picking up my 80e soon Robert hooked me up with his level 2 build with billet internals for be nitrous hits.

Next is bed removal and cutting the rear most crossmembers out the rear , welding a single 3" brace, going to be relocating rear shocks and removing lift and adding c-notch and caltracs.
