Hey atomic did u have the ring landings moved down any on these pistons? Just curious sorry to hear and see the bad news, good to see u not getting beat up over it, seems like alot of people have your back

I dont know, the log never went lean. Maybe the injector got stuck closed or something.

I had LME do the shortblock work and assembly. Giving them a call shortly.

Ouch!! Check the turbine, I'm hoping that the debris got ingested by the engine but I don't think it's possible with that amount of damage.
Where is your AFR sensor located?

Dunno, may be where the gap is.

Wideband is right after the turbine in the downpipe. The turbine looks fine as far as I can tell, just oily.

WOW!
Is the cylinder wall OK? I would guess it got scratched but I sure hope not! I can't imagine the walls taking any more honing.

Reason I ask, if that is where the ring gap was at, its clocked wrong and also wasnt running the right gap for your intended use IE builder error. If its just where the ringland gave up and in turn toasted the ring then obviously its on you whether it be tuning or overboosting it.
