Just another 5.3, blah, blah, blah

So, I had a thread going in the Internal Mod's section, but figured this was a better place for it, since I'm staying stock bottom end for now. I've got an '06 GMC Sierra crew cab, with the L59. Getting it ready for boost, hopefully sometime soon, lol. Still gathering up everything I need...this is proving to take a lil longer than expected! But, so far I have the BW s480 (.83/.75 1.0ar), TiAL mvr44 wg, hot side piping, and I've ordered the intercooler, cold pipes, and dual Walbro 450's. Pretty much everything else is still needed, and I'm buying it as I can. I'll be doing the 4l80 swap, and going to Ace Racing Trans for the build. Still working on how to post pics, I don't think you can from the mobile site, so I need to start a photobucket page and figure that mess out, haha. But, I'll try to get that all figured out as I can and share some build pics along the way.

Thanks man, I hope so, lol. It's a big heavy beast, so I know that will hinder the performance some, but, it should still be fun!
I actually got the photobucket acct set up and have a few pics uploaded, just not sure which url I need to copy and share here, there's 4 different ones offered. So I'm just gonna try this one and you guys can tell me if it works or not.

Yeah, that link there actually takes you to the album, I only have a few pics uploaded, so you can scroll through and see them. There's one in there that shows the crossmember we had to build when I did the 2 pc shaft, my original driveshaft was the big aluminum one, and because the truck is dropped so much, it rubbed through on the crossmember and snapped on ne, so I picked up the 2 pc and carrier bearing from an '03 ecsb and threw it in. I'll keep posting pics as it progresses.

Lol, I'm still anxious for the day when mine grows up, its stuck in that awkward teenager/puberty stage right now, haha! The driveshaft mod is honestly simple, the '03+ ecsb shafts fit perfectly, just had to modify the charcoal canister location slightly. And it gives you probably an extra 1-1.5" of clearance.
