I'm trying to get this ac stuff settled out. The 99-02 V8 harness i'm using has an ac signal request wire on connector c2 pin 17. But the v6 body harness on the truck does not take a ac signal request wire. So I'm kinda stuck on this and what to do next! Also the 99-02 has a high pressure switch and the v6 did not have one.
Any help on where or what to do with the signal request wire?

So i can change the output of the ac request wire on the 2002 pcm to serial data in hptuners and connect it to b11 on the c1 hvac connector and that will trigger the compressor. Am i looking at that right?

I think so. The C1-B11 wire at the AC module needs to connect to C2-17 wire on the V8 PCM. Right now it is connected to the C1-58 connector.

Im not sure where that splice pack is in the truck, so if its before the harness the wire is actually dark green, but if it is gone with the harness the wire is white.

The truck is all bagged up right now for more paint tomorrow. I'll have a look at it on Thursday. Thanks for the help man. My fittings come in tomorrow for the tank I got from u...did you Teflon tape the fittings into the tank or use a paste?

You can use either, I just normally use tape because its less messy, but either is fine.
