First thought is plug gaps if it idles like **** in park/neutral, barring any calibration issues... Would need to see data to know for sure, but check that plug gaps aren't too tight. I'd also ditch the MAF. Even if it has enough resolution to handle the flow, when boost comes in that charge pipe will flex and throw off fueling because the airflow through the MAF will contort.

The plan all along has been to make well over 500, but I was told MAF is good for 500-550whp. As I've said before, when I switch intake manifolds and TBs and have to build new charge pipes, I will then switch to SD.

Plugs are gapped at 0.028 and I confirmed when I pulled them.

Used a borescope to check out cylinder number 8, since it was lower than the others, and it appears fine. This picture shows.some crosshatching I thought was cool

Re-attached the plug wires and made sure they all made a solid connection. Also used some extra wire from the turbo blanket to hold up the wires off the manifold and get an air gap

Tuner sent me a new file to test and it now idles beautifully. Very rich, but no longer surging and dying and popping, so I feel we are making progress.

You don't even have to remove the MAF to switch to SD if you wanted too. It just requires failing the MAF within the tune to use speed density and using a 2/3 bar OS with a correct MAP sensor.

Well it's been a long couple of weeks. Decided to start the audio build since I had to mail my gauge cluster out again because they didn't activate the DIC.

Shortly after that, we had some emergency issues with our dog and we had to take her to Texas A&M and get a pacemaker installed. Surgery went well and she is back home recovering now. It cost about as much as a small car, but you do what you gotta do for your beloved pets.

I am glad you guys paid for the pupper! I'd sell my truck if I had to in order to cover costs and keep my pets.

Liking the audio install. 2 amps is ******* major work lol
