Because I already had that tailpipe piece made and it would be distracting from my exhaust tips welded on to my trailer hitch

I contacted Nate at smoothflowpulleys.com to make me another blower pulley since I saw his name mentioned here. I am very impressed with his work! From the day I first sent him an email asking if he does custom stuff to when I had it in my hands per my drawing was about a week for a VERY reasonable cost. If you need a custom pulley, he is very good.

I used the same drawing I have my current 2.7" pulley made from but scaled it up to 3.1" to slow the blower down some. Should be right around 10psi instead of the 14-15psi from the 2.7". I have to get custom pullies because I am using a TVS IW OD 8 rib setup which is meant for the TVS not a whipple. The whipple 8 rib pullies dont have the right offsets.

Ever had any of those allen head bolts strip out? I stripped a couple of them on a Fluidamper pulley on another project and spent hours welding nuts to them to extract them. What a pita ugh.

Nope, I hand tighten them to make sure they arent over-tightened. A dab of blue loctite if I am feeling frisky.
