No, got the rockers fixed this weekend and did a quick lap to make sure that was actually the problem then parked it. I want to get that oil pressure issue done first. Freaks me out to see the oil pressure drop to zero even if I know its a sensor issue. Of all the gauges I have thats the one I care about the most.

Oil gauge still acting funny, I need to put a manual one on it.

Took it for a drive today and did great, no broken water pump pulley. I am thinking about getting Bob at AEI to see if he can make a thicker steel one. Might be a better alternative to the $400 PRW water pump.

Will break the tires loose at 40mph and keep them spinning through 2nd without trouble. New cam definitely woke it up on the big end, so I guess I wont send rob a big bag of poo afterall. Going by IDC power is somewhere between 600 and 650, just where I thought it would be.

I need to adjust the meth somewhat, but IATs stay rock solid under boost. About a 10 degree rise under boost, which is around 11-12psi. No evidence of belt slip either. Best I can tell 70-90 is about 2 seconds.

Also been trying out the new HPTuners scanner and I am starting to like it after spending a while getting it set up how I want it.

Its no turbo but its fun!

Gotta love the way the boost comes in...

I just started playing with 3.0 also, I had a decent scanner config built for beta so that helped.

Those IAT's are legit!

Glad to hear it's running well.

What is the exact pulley size? You need to up the boost!

It was about 55 degrees out when I was driving around. IATs were 61 when I started my truck in the garage. Keep in mind my IAT sensor is under the blower in the lower manifold. Pulley is a custom made 2.9". The crank pulley isnt as big as I thought, so 18k doesnt happen until 6700rpm or so. Going to a 2.8" might gain me 1psi of boost, not really worth it I think.

Since I got it somewhat working, I may start working on my spacer and nitrous idea now...
