I gave his tune file an initial crack last night. There's lots to do still... But we'll get there.

once we figure out the idle tuning i think the rest will be pretty easy like you said






shooting for oct 11 to run the truck at the track and see if i can get this turd in the low 11s or maybe high 10s

I'll be there on the 11th. High 10's would be awesome... Most people who break the roll bar rules run just under 11.5, you are going right for 10's. So cool.

ran the truck tonight got the best of a 11.4 @ 122 1.8 60FT tune still needs some adjusting but I'm happy with the MPH

also last run of the night about 300 feet out i lost traction and ended up in the left lane i needed a new pair of undies after that

gonna try and make it back up for the FORD VS CHEVY day hopefully get the 60ft down and maybe pull a low 11 sec run out of it

thanks truck impresses me every time i go up the track

i think it needs either more timing down low which I'm running 14* i think it will take more or maybe ill throw a smaller pulley on the blower to get into boost faster i gotta get my 60FT down

VORTEC350SS data logged it so we can go from there and see what it needs

Very nice man. Glad to see you making some progress with it. I know you mentioned giving it more pulley. What pulleys do you have on it now and how much boost was it making?

I might have missed it, but what does the truck weigh ready to run with you in it? If I remember right, mine was 4550 when I got it into the 10's.

9lbs at 6600 with 18* timing up top for some reason its still pulling a little timing down low when i launch hard and it shows no knock

I've got a 3.85 pulley on it now and I've got a 3.7 and 3.6 i could put on

no clue what the truck weighs

Killing it man. I'd put some timing in the bottom end for sure. No reason to leave on 14* IMO
