A guess is the P0068 problem, is that a code you are getting when it enters REP?

Most just modify the P1514/P0068 table by 1.25 to 1.5 untill the problem goes away. It seems to happen in cold weather.

Also something that I never understand is why people put the MAF DTC's to NO MIL LIGHT, the whole point of speed density tuning is to tell the computer that the error happened straight away. Telling the computer to revert to speed density on first error is the "first" thing the computer should know even though you have the MAF fail high set to 0hz. Maybe it's just a pet peeve of mine and it's such a simple change to make dead sure the MAF sensor is never a factor, then just disable the SES boxes.

Yeah that's the code. I'll look into it.

Also setting the MIL to first causes my truck to REP instantly.

Looks really good!

Is that alternator a direct swap?

Thanks guys.

And yeah the alternator is a direct swap, it came in the 04+ trucks.
Some say you need a longer belt, but because I have the adjustable idler it didn't make a difference.

I did this mod before my supercharger, with the stock setup and belt you can get away without a new belt but its a fight to get the belt on. Are they 90mm idlers..?
