I do actually. But I didn't know what it was at first which is why I was looking back there. Feels like when your driving on the 405 and you get into a bad rythm with the concrete slabs.

Yeah that's what I figured too. I only feel it when I'm on the gas and when I'm coasting I'm back to a smooth ride. I guess the 4L80E's output shaft is a little off from where the 60E's lined up and now the shaft is screwed up. Looks like I'm gonna have to figure this out before too long and not keep putting it off. Thinking a two piece steel drive shaft is in order?

The driveshaft looks grim. You definitely need to add hoops and an uprated shaft. For now take it easy.......... no wheelies

I've gotta say your engine sounds really tough! Very throttle responsive with that Vic Jr.

The rear gear change will make a very nice difference and then the serious tuning can begin.

Richard
Thank you Richard! You had that thing ordered 15 minutes after we found out we had a crack...You spying on what were doing across the street?
Don't worry about any wheelies...as a matter of fact you'll be happy to know that at the car show on sunday as you saw me leave, there was a perfect opportunity to do a burnout in front of the camera crew that was there. They had their camera pointed at my truck giving me the thumbs up and I pulled out like a grandma...they even cut me out of vid when they posted it on the net.
They did get chase and Dave burning out though.
Axle and gears are waiting on what wilwood will say about the brakes...I'm getting tired of waiting on them though, it's been three weeks already. And if I break a drive shaft I'll be pissed!!

That must be one bouncy ride You should either look into have a new driveshaft made or get yours retubed. Hope everything get's fixed

I've been shopping around to get a new drive shaft. Looks like 2 piece steel is the way I'm gonna be going.
