Well dropped the truck off today. Should have it back next weekend if I can get the time off work to pick it up. Problem I ran into with crossover pipe was it wouldn't clear my front driveshaft. Curious if anyone else has had this problem with the on 3 kit in their 4wd. Try to get some finished pics up when I get it back. Haven't had much time between work.

What's everyone running for an exhaust. Thinking about just keeping my Flowmaster or should I go with something more straight through? Was going to go with 3" or should I go bigger?

Ended up buying a magnaflow. Truck is still at the shop/tuner getting finished as I have no time now due to my work schedule. As soon as it's finished I will post dyno results and pics.

Ok sorry for such a delay in this build. I ended up getting a better job offer and moving etc in the past few months so i've been busy. The truck is finished and heres the results:

Now on to the real stuff. Pretty sure in the mist of all this one of my pistons didn't like the new turbo set up. So the motor has a knock to it. I will be laid off from my job within the next 2 months. I plan to pull the motor and do a rebuild. Thinking some forged pistons and rods with a head job would beef this thing up a little. Can anyone point me in the direction for a good set up?

Would it be worth picking up a pair of ls6 heads or should I just save the money and put it into my 5.3 heads?

If your heads are 799 castings they're the same as the ls6 243 heads
