has anyone here tried a hellwig 7800?
or assassin bars / caltracs?
I've been reading threw some threads that guys got rid of wheel hop and gained a little better traction with the 7800
I know the ladder bars would be my best bet but all the pics I've seen they hang so low! and I already scrape my frame by the gas tank going onto the drive on hoist, let a lone with those hanging down, I'm not to interested in angling over speed bumps...been there and done that haha

Hard to say my truck went from totally stock and 245's on steel wheels to 4/7 drop, hellwig sways and 275/45/20's all at the same time. I can tell you now it has no wheel hop or sign that it will with more power. I'd say try the 7800 first and see how your truck does. It's easier to install and worth it for the handling factor anyways.
