Thanks! Im not a really big fan of manual trans in a truck but i guess everybody has its own way of putting it together!

 

Once its warmed up its a steady knock! When i drive it for a bit at full throttle and when its idleling after that its seems to get away a lil more but after a bit it gets stronger again!

 

If its a knock, Its most likely a piston issue.

A ticking or tapping would be usually be the lifters
