Shake down passes went perfect. Learned a little with the Holley, thanks to their unreal tech support. I had an issue with the launch retard, called one of the techs on his cell phone at 9:00pm on a Friday night, he answered and walked me right through the fix.

Best pass was 1.38 60' and 9.55 at 145 on 15 psi. Truck goes straight as an arrow with the bed cover/wing tire change. Launch retard works perfect and driveshaft sensor logs perfect.

Tomorrow should be a good day.

Don't be a bastard and post some vids.

How much boost do you think it will take to drop 1/2 sec and get into the 8's?

Was awesome seeing your truck in person!

I was so mad and still am mad I didn't get my truck done in time, maybe next year.

Took several videos but like a dummy deleted them after posting to my local Facebook performance forum.

Absolutely killed them today. Won the shootout and ran a best of 9.14 at 152 on 17 psi. Went 5.84 in the 1/8th and and a 1.34 60'.

I have a vid of me racing flaco's old hayhauler in a qualifying hit. Gotta be the quickest side by side ls truck race ever. His 9.2something to my 9.1something. We were fender to fender all the way down. I took the win.

Wow that is badass man! Congrats. I read the hayhauler was having some mad misfires after shifting to second. Can't wait to see your vids.

Is there more racing tomorrow where you will shoot for 8's?

That was the best race of the day, IMO. Truck looks and sounds great! Props for the awsome build.
