Blown, cammed 11 Dodge Ram
#25
Very similar combination to what I have but in a dodge. I figured the extra displacement would outgun my 5.3, but doesn't appear that it did. Still neat to see someone with a sleeper dodge truck. What are the cam specs?

Has been a total nightmare, truck broke a piston on cylinder 3. So I put a piston in it. And he wasn't pleased with the drivability of the cam so I pulled the cam and reinstalled the stock cam.
Started re tuning with the latest version of HP Tuners. We recently found out that edelbrock had a spring kit to control the actuator on the supercharger. It was having severe part throttle boost issues. In the logs on street tuning we were seeing 4 psi of boost @1300 rpm, and 6psi of boost at 1600rpm. Come to find out edelbrock installed a nitrous jet in the hose going to the actuator. This is the fix for the edelbrock e force of it is too aggressive in your ram. I have mine on the least aggressive setting "3" drivability is greatly improved. The injectors are still too big for the truck. Idle tuning is a bear with them.
