Based on your turbo build thread, I didn't think you ever went WOT. hahaha

I've followed your builds and I love your attention to detail. Truck looks great. Post vids when complete.

Are you going to be running the accessories you had on with the turbo kit or are you going back to truck accessories?

So on this Edition of How to be a RETARD.....

So yesterday i got the came all swapped in... I felt pretty good about it, happy even. Fast forward to today... I went to finish up, i torqued all the rockers then decided to spin the motor so i could recheck the rockers... Well the **** would not turn. The valves were hitting the pistons.... MAN was i pissed... About a million things ran through my mind... I figured the cam gear must be off. I have an adjustable JP Racing timing chain. It does not have dots, it has numbers... Small ones at that... When i assembled everything i did not have my glasses on... So i ripped off the oil pan and removed the oil pump... well low and behold, the damn thing was sitting on -6... I got it back to zero and everything is good... Usually i line it up dot to dot prior to removing everything, this time i forgot... Anyways 2 hours wasted.

Oh and to make the story even better. When i was dropping the pan, i drained the oil but did not remove the filter. So when the pan broke loose, my face was directly under the rear corner of the pan where the oil filter is. Well all that oil dumped right on my face!!! Freaking awesome!

Not too bad....

Sad to say, I have torqued all the rockers down with loctite and sealant and forgot to put the pedestals on

Besides cam swap part 2 today, i got the blower spacer put on.. That was pretty decent, it would be nice if the kit came with instructions but oh well...

so here is before the space, note how close the intercooler is to the bottom of the manifold.
