Well i have been gathering parts and planning for the last year or so do finally go Forced Induction. I went with KBRacing on the kit, great guy to work with and he helps you along the way. KB is a great asset to the boards!

so here is the run down on my truck.

2004
LQ9
Stock 317 heads with Brian Tooley .660 dual springs
220/224 .581/.581 115+5
NNBS truck intake with 87mm TB

Yank Pro Truck Multidisk 3200 TC (I love this thing!!!)

2001 4L80e i built myself
Fully rollerized
parts of the HD-2 shift kit
Dual Feed mod
Sonnax self regulating boost valve, Sonnax TCC regulator
And a few other goodies

KBRacing BW S475 T4 kit
4in down pipe
3.5 Magnaflow Cat-Back spliting into 2.5 pipes dumping at the roll pan.
Standard KB intercooler, BOV and wastegate

Dual Walbro 255 pumps
-8 PTFE feed line
-6 PTFE return line
Aeromotive A1000 FPR
FIC 1000cc injectors

great work corey! it looks awesome! i like to see people take their time on a build like that. I also like that charge pipe color!

Thanks man, it is a 10 footer right now, i have a lot of clean up todo under the hood, mainly some wiring...

BTW, i am loving the converter you speced for me! it is great in boost it does not push past it at all, and it loads the turbo very well!

Thanks yeah, the color is pretty cool but it sucks because you don't see any of it... oh well i know it is painted

I like how you did the install. On mine though I mounted the intercooler directly under the crossbar. I had to get longer bolts from HD though.

And you're Able to control it at eight PSI with the 40 mm wastegate?

I believe i have a 50mm wastegate. Boost is very controllable. It never goes past 8psi and with various throttle positions i can run lower boost. .

Do you have the fuel feed going to the regulator first then to the rails?
