Another side effect I discovered is the TCC Slip will be wrong with the relay mod since the pcm doesnt account for the different OD ratios in the trans.

Hmmmm. Did you adjust the gear ratios in your tune to match the 80 gears (1st, 2nd, and 4th)????

Edit, just remembered your running the 60 tune. But at least you don't have to run the relay mod anymore.
Damn. Thats awesome. Wonder if EFI live will do something similar? What exactly to the tables involve?

It's just a minimum throttle release section. He has it where there is a high and low VSS set point. You can adjust the high VSS throttle position to 0 so it doesn't release when you let off the throttle.

I am pretty sure that EFI Live has been able to control that function for quite some time.
I just looked at a 4L80E tune and it shows TCC apply and release in second, third, and fourth.

All the segment swap haters......

It's free guys, and you CAN keep the 'verter locked.

I don't have an 80E so I don't know for sure, But couldn't you adjust those tables in the same fashion with EFI Live???

I don't have any experience with using EFI Live, so I really can't say.

It is relatively BRAND NEW to HPTuners though.
