Got a 12 second pass in Friday night. Just once, and just barely...but it counts
12.97@104.7
Still on stock motor, stock turbo, stock airbox, stock trans. Race weight 5310 lbs, DA 4461 ft. Got 9 passes in total...the other 8 were 13.0x.
Left lane in the photo below.
Here's a video of one of the 13.0x passes too.

Installed a set of OEM half ton electric fans. Had to do a lot of trimming on the fan shroud to get the tabs to sit in the radiator slots. Made some brackets to go from the shroud to the radiator support, and cut up my clutch fan shroud to cover the gap at the top. Relocated my TCM to a small gap between the radiator, battery, and ECM. It's not secured in place but there's no room for it to move around so I think it's ok?
Rigged up a harness with a manual switch inside the cab for power on/off until my DC Control fan controller arrives. It's working great
Lower radiator hoses touch the fan shroud, but there's little to no pressure pushing them up against the shroud so I think this is ok.

TCM location

Finished product

Oh yeah, I also swapped from the stock 105 to a 145 amp alternator. Got the fans and alt both from a local junk yard for $200.
