The Snail

Turbo oil drain fitting on the pan

Building the Megasquirt

Lotta wiring when building your own harness

Dropping in the V8

Cut out the front cross member to clear the oil pan.

Motor in starting to fab up the cross over.

More pics to come. Too busy tuning and getting everything straightened out. i think in 10lbs its already maxing out the Walbro 255. Or its acting like it. Could be something else but its running out of fuel under boost no matter how much we fatten up the tune. Well find out. Twin pumps were in the plan anways.

No time slips yet. Still on the welded stock 10 bolt for now. 8.8 explorer swap on the way. I just now got around to getting the valvetrain stuff it needed tho. Those stock cam and springs were junk. lol. So now gonna throw more boost, timing and some meth to it and see how it does. But main thing is, ive gotta get it to hook up somehow.
On 8psi with 14 degree of timing and the stock cam and springs it would just spin the 295 street tires at anything below 65mph. So ive got some suspension work to do and got some 28x11.50 slicks on the way. Hopefully that'll help with the traction issues.
