Well been working on this project little over 6yr. Now that putting 02 back to stock i will have some extra money to get build done. Here are the pic's

Thanks. I want to change the motor and put forgen ls1 and front mounted turbo in there.

Waiting for ls1 to get back from machine shop so I can start fitting truck for it's new motor.

wow man i love the 50-60 model trucks. you picked a good color imo. so your looking into swapping to a LS motor in this...that'd be very cool. are you going to do the hidden A/C system or just run it with the windows down lol

I would like to run a/c but it's not top on my list right now.

It is a 2 link, the pan hard bar isn't counted. They get the job done but are the bastard child of link set ups. They aren't the best at power handling, they are very hard on drive line angles, they don't ride the best, they just don't do anything all that well.

A three link would be a much better and fairly easy change and that would just involve another bar at the top of the diff and putting pivot points on the lower bars. You would be much better off.

Again nice truck but I surely wouldn't run a 2 link while spending so much time and money on everything else.
