Yeah that video and the Shop that did the Dyno tune too...My buddy installed this exact cam from Jegs. Part Number: 555-200582 Basic LQ9 rebuild with 241 CNC heads. Now has my BTR dual springs with Titanium retainers(these were for my build)and a fresh valve job. Has a decent chop at idle. Nothing to annoying for me. Idles around 750 ish.

the 219/224 i had seems like a decent balance for DDability, since you've got the 6.0 low end torque. has decent chop on the 113°.
i figured the thicker LS9 gasket would work decent to slightly limit the 799s' compression bump. if sticking with 862s, i'd say stick with a slightly thinner one.

I think that's the plan so far. Going by the machine shop after work to see what their timeline is on working the 862s. If its gonna be more than a few weeks (preferably by mid next week) I will pick up the PRCs while I'm there.

Which valve? Intake, exhaust or both?
