I think the compression ratio will be around 10.5 with stock 243 heads on a lq4.
Milled, I dont know, close to 11:1. Kinda just a iron ls2.

In order to get the CR, you will need to know the chamber size. what is the chamber size after milling the heads? after know this you can use an online calculator

It would drop to essentially a 706 head chamber, so 61 cc give or take a 1/2 CC

Depends on the compression you're shooting for. There's a calculator on Eagle's website that is way helpful. You really need to volume check your chamber if you want to get accurate numbers. I'd also check PTV depending on the lift of that cam.
