The 20". I'm really digging the drop on those wheels. Looks perfect IMO

Thank you. I'm pretty sure they are 275/60's. I'm headed over to the shop shortly and will confirm for you. I do know that they will rub on the inside and will need some of the wheel well liner trimmed. Maybe even some sheet metal. I'll keep you posted.

Should have shots of the rear today. I'm hoping to at least get the rear done minus the notch. If not, it'll be a week before I lay hands on it again. Getting on a plane to Florida for some beach time tonight.

Sorry the tires are 275/55. See attached. And I promise the wheels don't look near as beat up as this pictures makes them look!

So finally got the flip kit in. It's way too low with the setup I have currently! I pulled the overload spring and it has a 2" drop shackle. So I'm thinking that gains me about 8.5" overall. Someone correct me if my math is skewed. I'm thinking I'm going to go back to stock size shackles and add the overload back in and see what that nets me. Currently the frame is sitting on the axel tubes and the tires are rubbing the inner well a bit. Not a pretty sight.

Nothing is really snugged/torqued down save the axel u bolts. The pinion angle also needs some help. Just really wanted to get it in the ground to see how it looks and get some measurements for tires.

Pics... Also, dog shamelessly promoting herself.

And onward to turbo stuff... Kit showed up the other day and I got around to unpacking it and laying it out today. Overall it looks decent and at a bare minimum is a good starting point. I ended up ordering a base ON3 kit with upgraded driver's side header since I scrapped my manifolds when I did the longtubes. Not my first rodeo with these guys.. had one of their kits on my old '98 32v/C4 built Cobra maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Their kit quality looks like it has improved a bit thankfully. One thing I'm really unhappy with is their spray painted logo on the intercooler. It was very sloppily done and I really don't want an "ON3 Bowtie" on the front of my truck. Will have to find something that eats spray paint and not aluminum. So far, my only complaint though. Again, everything looks decent for being made in a Chinese cave.

28" Hoosiers are ordered for the rear, 235/65's (28") are ordered for the front and 4 16x8 soft 8's are all on their way. Pretty excited.

Rears are mounted and balanced. Looks sharp and the 28x10 fits nicely.

Hot side is on. Will need to loosen the driver's side header to tighten the up-pipe, but overall the hot parts went together smooth. The downpipe did have to be cut and rotated, but this covered in a thread created by ON3 to address fitment issues. They did supply the exhaust clamp to facilitate this.

Ran into some issues mounting the intercooler... My dad made a trick hood latch frame that allows the IC to set back another 3.5"s. See below for reasoning.

Posted this in ON3's build thread as well:

For those that have purchased this kit and own a pre 03 NBS silverado, the cold side IS NOT bolt on. With the earlier trucks, the bumper mounts curl over the frame horns on both sides preventing proper clearance for the 3" charge pipe to tie into the intercooler. The way they have it mounted in their pictures on their demo truck will not work with the older NBS Silverados. The only solutions that I could come up with were to mount the intercooler almost level with the lower frame rails up inside the bumper or flip the intercooler and run the charge pipes through the headlight area. I chose to do the later of the two as my truck is lowered and i don't need another ground clearance issue. Plus this would leave the IC far from direct airflow of the radiator fans. One large thing to note with this way is tons of grinding and hacking of the grill and headlight support frame are required. It can be done though.

With any luck, ON3 will make note and give heads up in their instructions.

Intercooler is now mounted and couplers are ran through the headlight area. All holes are cut and grill fits where it should. Was not planning on any of this, but mounting the cooler this way eliminates over 50% of the bends and other BS ON3 built into the cold side of their kit. Overall I'm happy with how it turned out and the new routing should build boost a little quicker.

And last, but not least, bed was pulled and we welded in the c-notch kit. Also put a set of standard ride height shackles back in the see if that helps with my rear clearance a bit.
