Well, i am in arizona, with my gf to see her parents and to take a much needed week off, after the 5 hour delay sitting in a detroit airport friday, i can honestly say they can keep the heat!!! Here until friday night, but i am ready to get back to the real world and normal temperatures, and sadly my nose is missing the humidity, never had a nosebleed in my life until the other day!!! Cool place to visit, but not sure id want to live here! Of course, No offense to anyone that does!!

 

Read this whole thread at work within 30 mins... I'm the same way about changing my mind on my build.. Only problem is, I'm 20 with a champagne appetite with a beer budget.. what started out as a simple cam swap on my 5.3 turned into a 5.3 with cam/243's and now it's a 6.0 being built. Haven't been on much, nothing really happening with any of the vehicles anytime soon, life taking a left turn and nothing i can do about it!! Dealing with heal issues good and bad, and a **** load of financial bs, hopefully i will land on my feet, running!! In meantime ill check in more often, but kinda taking a mental break from automotive anything outside of work atm!! Have however been playing a lot of tftf, keeps my mind occupied and gives me something else to focus on, atm!

When life hands you lemons start killing transformers to relieve stress and take a break to escape..... need a break from vehicles mentally and physically for a while..

 

I've been there bro. Sometimes you just have to step away for a bit.

 

So i am driving home the other day, yukon starts doing some weird crap as i go to back into my parking spot. Sounds like its missing pretty bad and just started running like crap. Dont think much of it, it started up fine and didnt run too bad acter a couple minutes. And then, i attenpt to go to work the next morning, get to the end of the street, it starts running like crap again, pull over shut it off for a couple minutes, start it back up runs fine again, get to the light at the next street half way through the turn it goes into redued engine power mode and i cant get iver 10-20 miles per hour.... so i continue on to work, where i pull codes find it has a p0068 throttle body air flow something code, so i am thinking i need a new tb, and kinda want to go with the ls2/ls3 with the gold blade if it will bolt up and plug up?


And btw i know it has been a minute since i posted anything, just been preoccupied with the bs of life lately... sold my car 2 days ago, which will hopefully be the start if the end of this fiasco i have been dealing with since last year.....

Yeah **** kinda sucks right now, but kinda to be expected..... ran myself into the ground for so long it finally caught up to me and there is a lot of leftover crap from my triple bypass and having lost my house and a few other things i am still trying to recover from....
