I picked up a 2007 Escalade back in October 2015. I am working on making it the way that it should have been offered from the factory. 6.2 with a 6L80 is already a pretty strong running setup in these trucks, but they need more...
LSA blower
LS9 Cam
LS9 Valve Springs
ZL1 blower lid
CTS-V fuel injectors
ZR1 fuel rails
CTS-V heat exchanger
CTS-V heat exchanger pump
LS7 Throttle Body
LS7 MAF
Ported blower snout/matched to case
Edelbrock Fuel Pump (since mine isn't Flex Fuel)
LSSimple Accessory Drive (to get the LSA to work with the stock truck accessories)
Pinned Crank
Custom 4" Cold Air Intake
20% window tint, 35% windshield tint
2" drop spindles, 3" Eibach lowering springs
ETC....
I'm going to run the stock 2.95" pulley with the stock truck balancer...so 6.5psi.
I am still gathering parts, but I hope to have it together and running sometime in the Spring. With the 10.5:1 compression of the L92, that should be enough to get started.
How are you guys attaching the factory fuel line to the LSA fuel line? The braided line coming off the factory hardline looks like it is crimped on. Can that be cut off and a quick connect put on or what?
My uncle got his done already, I have too many projects to dump money in this one right now. Runs good from what I hear, 7psi with stock exhaust and pulley setup. Very clean install. I will try to post pics later.
Just wanted to update that nothing has been done...LOL. Trans slips in 5th gear, so reman trans will have to happen first. I bought a 2016 Seadoo RXP-X300 that I have put all of mod money in to for the time being, oops.
Slightly off topic. I have 2" spindles front and 3" springs/shock relocation brackets rear. I kept auto level shocks on the rear and bent the adjustment rod precisely according to the directions. I'm afraid however the rear is still being held up by the auto level shocks. Did you retain auto level shocks?
