Ported LSA blower and snout
LSA ported snout/blower
This unit had 14k at the time we took it apart to port it. I went ahead and opted to replace all bearings, so it has brand new bearings from Eaton ($200).
I gained almost a half second in the 1/4 mile with this port. I went from a 11.23@126 to a 10.80@131. All that was done was this blower and a TB and tune of course. Same track, same weight. Only difference was that my 11.23 run was like at ~600 DA and my 10.80 run was at over 2200DA. I'm pretty sure I would've gotten at least a 10.6x had DA been the same as my non ported run.
I paid 700 for the blower and 600 for the port job plus another 200 for the bearings and install. Plus another 150 for the port matched intake ports So I have 16500 in it.
I will take 900 in hopes for a quick and easy sale.

So, here is the story. I bought this "ported snout/blower", but what I received is a ported snout, and a ported blower case. no internals. Seller now wount respond to my calls or texts.
Am I wrong to assume since the ad was for a "blower", that the blower means complete blower, not an empty case?

Only reason for responding to this is I was interested but never did bite. I also thought it was a complete blower by looking at his ad too. Never would have thought that it was just the case no rotors included even though the pics show no rotors. He should have put no rotors included in the ad. Look at his last words. "Quick and easy sell." He kind of made his words eat themselves....
