Mine is 4wd, soon to be AWD. Are the crossmembers that different between 2wd and 4wd?

I considered moving the crossmember backward and drilling new holes in the frame. The only issue I have with that is the fact that my crossmember is braced near the frame. There are 3 holes per side. I kind of want it to be braced as well as possible.
I'm going to use HPTuners to tune. I've never used it before. I actually bought it last January and I haven't done anything with it.
I was researching about transmission tuning and heard where you could control converter lock up now. I couldn't find a write up though. Also, you may be able to control lock up, but I'd still need to run wiring for ISS and have a segment swap done. I'm not really sure if it's worth the hassle.
Are there any advantages to a segment swap and tune verses a relay setup and 60E tune?

I got my humongous trans cooler mounted.

I had to cut away this air dam a little bit to clear my trans cooler lines. At least it's hooked up like it would be from the factory.

I finally got my modified crossmember welded. I have access to a 110 welder but it just doesn't penetrate very well. Still, I used it to tack my trans mount into place.
Here's a pic of me drinking a beer while my buddy weld up my crossmember. LOL.

The welding handiwork from my buddy.

I got it all painted up.

It fit perfectly.

Here's how far off my rear driveline is.

Surprisingly, the front driveline fits. I thought I would have to find a MC2 driveline.
I'm a bit concerned though. Check out how little clearance there is.

What do you guys think?

I upgraded the front 'prop-shaft' in my Typhoon back in the day when I had it.. It was closer than that, it was a bit too close for me as well but it never did touch. With all the stuff bolted in place there really isn't any flexing between the Tcase and front diff (or at least shouldn't be any)...If you're terribly concerned consider a polyurethane trans mount, but I think it'll be OK.
