450 to have your stock harness reworked.
or just do your own if you have time.

they are set up for no EGR, no rear o2s, no AC wiring. if you want your current gauges to work save your old sensors/harness and run them into the new motor. the ALT can be T spliced into the new ALT wire. the water temp cant, you have to run your own sensor. the oil sensor can go into the block off plate by the oil filter or if you are going to run a GEN IV you can thread the valley cover plug for the oil sensor.
it's all covered in this thread buddy...pretty simple once you start.

yeah. i swapped my 6.2 in 1 day. i did this in 9 months but once i started getting all the major parts it only took me 5-6 days to get everything in the truck (i was working nights and only working on it 3-3.5hrs a day)

this swap (the WT) was pretty smooth. i was down waiting on parts more than anything. to swap it in with 2-3 FULL days of work with air tools i have no doubt i could do it in that time. 8-10hrs a day if not more if it was needed.

Great write up. About to start a LQ9 into a '95 myself in a couple weeks and had one question for you. I also had Nelson rework my 2006 harness and I'm keeping the '95 PCM to run the AC and most of the gauges. What wires under the dash do you hook the Nelson Tach and Speedo wire to?
