Me too. It looks like its gonna be a tight fit. If push comes to shove ill just notch the cab to get the proper clearance

Can you notch the inner fender and go outside the frame?

I'm not sure but I would think so. I'd like to keep the dp between the frame rails though. I talked with KB today and I'm thinking about putting a 4" catalytic convert some where down the line. My last set up was horrible with the smell and was loud as hell. I figure this will keep the noise and the smell down. I could even put in a 4" cut out for the track. Just an Idea but I think I'm gonnna do it.

^ Ive been playing with this idea myself. My plan is to vband my 3" dp, then have it step from 3-3.5" then into a 4" cat then into 4" catback. Put vbands on both ends of that section so I can remove it when I want to (inspection or emissions) and have another section with my 3" cutout in it then again step from 3-3.5 then from that into a 4" catback.

If that makes sense lol.

I ran my last setup with a 3.5 dp and 4 inch Magnaflow diesel exhaust with no cat and the smell wasnt bad at all. It was also one of the quietest exhausts I ever had on that thing.

Lol yeah it makes sense. My tune was way off last time and it was running really rich at ideal so im sure that was a big problem with the exhaust fumes.
