Your killin me.... I need to get off my *** and finish my front end. Im replacing all my bushings and every wear part on the front for the most part. I keep trying to talk myself into just dropping my spare LS1 with a small cam and some nitrous into the GMC and make it a daily and just save the forged 370 for the mustang with a turbo but I miss having a turbo truck...... Seeing yours with the turbo on it doesnt help!

What you can't get creative with a cherry picker and ratchet straps removing the bed by yourself?

Looks good, keep posting progress pics. How much weight difference is there between the old bodystyle and your previous truck?

You can relocate that battery to the driver's side fender to make more room over there if you arent planning on putting it in the bed. There is a factory mounting for it. You can probably find one in the junk yard.

Thats not a bad idea!! I'm sure I have enough straps laying around to do the job!! Im not sure on the weight but I do know the obs are a few hundred pounds lighter. Not to mention I have lost 28 pounds since January
