1980 C10 stepside build...
Been a long time since I've been on here but finally picked up a new project...1980 C10 stepside..doing a cammed 5.3 swap with a TH350... Ill try keep this updated as I go..

Looks like a '79 model front end to me?? 1980's had headlamp buckets that stuck out further- More flush to the actual grille surround. Hard to explain until you see one.....
Should be a great build coming though.... =)

Not sure just yet...prob just gonna do a 220/220 cam from TSP for now...just gonna be get around truck...nothing too extreme...
I picked this one up for $1,000...wasn't running when I bought it...bought a new distributor, plugs and wires, and a new master cylinder for it and ran fine...my buddy picked up an 86 last year in running condition for about $1,200

Not much accomplished since I posted the first set of pictures...
Don't have a welder or much welding skills so doing my own AC delete...not the best looking but I think it's original...
Gonna try and save some money on wheels and paint the stockers for now...
