the guy has put about 3k miles on the truck so far, and hes very happy with it.

got a bed cover for it

height comparison between it and a stock 2016 Ram Power wagon on a 35x12.50r17

and for those wondering, hes pulling about 15 MPG on the highway on 87 octane with the iron 5.7, 243 heads 216/220 114 lsa cam 4.10 gears and 2300 stall converter

well its been 6k ,miles, and he loves his truck, but high mileage issues are showing.

these lights came on, so i had to replace the abs module

one of the grey plastic nipples on the gas tank cracked down the center causing it to dump fuel when filling up with fuel

so since he has 6k miles on it, i decided to get the greatest accomplishment and decided to hook it up to the trailer it did most of its travel on to outside shops such as the exhaust shop and to get tuned

that is all scrap. its the suburban that the interior came out of and it weighed 1640 lbs on top of a 2500 lbs trailer. this truck isnt really setup to tow and doesnt control the trailer brakes, but it had no issues stopping this trailer with the brake upgrade where my 2018 gmc does with the brake controller turned off

Off to get a new project with this truck to properly mark the completion of this project

new project loaded up

Got it home, i will say its geared incorrectly for towing, just had to keep it in 3rd. 9k miles on it since completion with no more issues other then a gear ratio mismatch code which is getting fixed this week

What Size tires are on it???

My buddy had 4.56 on I believe a 35 because he wanted to match the factory tire to gear ratio for fuel milage. He said he wished he went a little more. I told him to go straight for the 4.88 with the 35 but he wouldnt listen to me....

Same thing when he sold it and got a diesel. I told him get it re-geared for the 38's Said it was a huge night and day difference all around but especially when towing.
