For the doors, would it be easier to get power doors, or does this harness not have plugs for switches? Asking completely out of curiosity, obviously too late for this project.
thank you, its been fun, to get the factory power windows and door locks i would have had to grab the bcm, and complete dash harness from a truck that had them from the factory

rear bumper in paint

under side of the hood in paint

i guess you can say im weird, but this is the part i enjoy, getting the wiring figured out with the factory speaker wires removed from the harness, installing a little bit thicker speaker wire. running the harness for the power windows and door locks up inside the dash up with the factory harness to keep it clean

dash plastics starting to go in

i found where these trucks had generic spots for foot well lighting, so i wired in some sockets with leds, and tied them into the dome light wires

front suspension blown apart

frame coated and beginning the installation of the lift kit. brakes are replacement calipers for an 09 avalanche because i had an extra powerstop kit laying around

front suspension completed. also has braided stainless brake lines all around

rear brakes are suburban dual piston calipers

some how got lucky and ended up with a trutrac when i got the gears installed

lift kit completed

rear bumper installed just missing the tailgate cap

iron ls1. 5.3 got built to ls1 specs

all assembled minus intake

put the daily to use and picked up a suburban for parts. thing has a mint interior with a full console that'll be going into the silverado

leather wrapped steering wheel installed

drivers fender in paint

test fitting the full console after stripping all the bose system out of it

added wires for a power drivers seat, and a power wire to the rear 12 volt outlet for the people in the back

dash pad installed

Drivers fender installed

Gauge cluster rebuilt by steve at GMgaugeguy with a denali bezel because it matches the paint

starting installing the wiring

Carpet cut to fit and installed

intake installed

headliner installed

braided stainless steel cooler lines with -6 an fittings and a trucool 40k cooler all mounted up

it fired up and moved out of the garage on its own!

better picture in the light of the cooler

finally a windshield

Full single 3" exhaust exiting like factory

mock up of the bumper and welding he mounts for the front end swap

a/c system charged up, and got the wheels and tires.

tires are a 315/70r17

size comparison

off to get tuned

power at the rear wheels. its very conservative tune running on 87 octane injectors are maxed out, still has a mechanical fan and it has the 3 bolt truck intake. still has alot in it, but i think those are some good number put down at the rear tires considering how big the tires are

Great work so far. I'm curious how those injectors were maxed out with such a conservative tune.

Thank you, nicd (the tuner) said they are only 25# injectors factory in these trucks and the added displacement with the cam, better heads, and long tubes they maxed out very quickly
