thanks guys, yeah its great out here, hardly ever any rust in the native Arizonan vehicles. this one was a survey truck for new housing developments and spent most of the time in dirt and only rust was the small spot in the passenger side floor board which was probably from a popped heater core considering it had been bypassed when i picked the truck up originally

not much progress this weekend, but got the ac box rebuilt. id say the evaporator was clogged
factory sound deadoner piece cleaned up the past it could be and ac box bolted back up with new heater core, all 4 new actuators, and evaporator. this stuff is so stained from dirt it will not clean up.
got one of the extended cab door panels cleaned up, installed a new speaker and ran new speaker wires ran to them

starting to wire in the power door locks and windows
fully wired and tested with an external power supply. wires all out of the way of the window and new speaker installed in the door
dont think the aftermarket switches look too bad.

dropped the engine off at the machine shop, checked out good, crank is getting a very light .010 grind, and getting bored to ls1 specs, should have it back very shortly. its getting some 243's flat top pistions and a very small trick flow cam

it was called buckshot bedliner, something a local paint supply store recommended
