Well I havent been around my truck for the last month and a half but FINALLY its up here in RI with me. I've got a vette servo to install and helper bags, and I'm just about ready to start buying all the parts ill need for the turbo.

In the mean time, this weekend I'm gonna change up the appearance a little bit. My brother loves using plastidip so i figured I'd give it a try. Tonight I got the chrome front bumper done and it turned out pretty good. The plastic chrome grill is masked off and I'll do that in the morning, as well as restore the faded lower bumper. And if I can get around to it, I'm gonna pop the chrome wheel covers off and primer, sand, paint, and clear the stock steel rims. I figure my tires and wheels are still in decent shape so I'll freshen their look up a little bit until this summer when i have some more cash flow. Here's some pics of the chrome bumper plastidipped, and by tomorrow the entire front end should be blacked out

Got some more done yesterday and today. Got the grill plastidipped and the bumper sprayed with this restoration stuff that was pretty wicked. Then I washed all the salt off of her, hopefully we won't get anymore snow this year...

Which plastidip product did you use?

Used performix plastidip on the chrome parts of the bumper and grill (got it from home depot). And then the lower plastic bumper (where the fog lite holes are) i used Duplicolor bumper coating. I think it turned out ok. Inexpensive way to change things up a bit

Got some work on the truck this weekend. Popped off the chrome skins on the rims, chipped off the ridiculously tough adhesive that was holding them on, sanded the rims down, primered, painted, and cleared the rims. There was a bunch of rust on behind the skins so they're not perfect, but I'll be getting some new rims in a few months so these will do until then.

Also got my ISKY TRIPLE 12 cam!! Thanks stock48

So I got my Isky Triple 12 cam, and stock48 recommended a 3000 stall or higher. I'm just curious as to how the truck is going to act/perform with the stock stall.

I got a box just like that a few weeks ago. Autometer pillar, AEM wideband, an ultra lite II fuel and nitrous pressure gauges. When are you going to get the gauges installed?
