Mine are backed off, I had a really tight converter, couldn't build boost, but I did cut a 1.74 like that, just rest of pass was ****. With a loose converter I cut a 1.68 backed off and with preload. I will be doing some adjustments when trans and new converter go in. With hydroboost and a converter speced for truck, I should be able to leave much harder now.

I don't really see how that is hardly possible, and don't think thats very smart either. These things have so much travel up when they are dropped, that a limiter is almost mandatory as bump steer starts to get out of control after a certain point.

George, it's 3500rpm. PTC got some of my logs, and told them what I want to do. With the hydroboost and a little more stall and 80e, I should be able to leave under boost now. In your experiance, should I gain mph , because before I was leaving at no boost, and trapped 114, possibly more if I didn't have to let out a couple times due to shift flare with 60e. Sorry to sound stupid, but curious about what was left on the table without a boost launch. Truck ran 7.63 at 91, 11.98 at 114, 1.80 60ft with 2800 tight ptc converter, not speced for my truck, but I used it.

Also shift extensions will be about 800rpm.

If you can leave under boost you should see some mph but converter may swallow that back up on topend
