Got the trans cooler mounted, new ac condenser put in, and started on hard lining the blow off valves untill I ran out of tubing. Already back at work so on the next set of days off the radiator will be finished up and ready to put in for good hopefully if the mounts come in and I can get them welded up in time.. After that I need to make some brackets for the coil packs and get those all finished up with the new wires. Harness is all ran just need to finish covering the rest of it up. Now that the trans cooler is mounted I need to run those lines and check that off the list. Only thing really holding me back from starting it up is the exhaust so I can weld in the o2 sensors. Got some small modifications that need to be don't to the lines coming out of the condenser but that's not a big issue. Need to make room for the turbo air filter which will wrap around the radiator and condenser. Both the radiator and condenser are the same width so plenty of room.

Well got a few more things done these days off. Ended up accidentally ordering ANOTHER B&M cooler since for some reason it was in the Jegs cart and I didnt think to look so said what the hell order the lines and fittings for a engine oil cooler. Got that mounted up, just need to run the lines. Got the radiator modified to fit (cut the fill off to relocate) and fits great. Waiting on some C channel aluminum material I ordered to make into lower mounts which should be in some time this coming week. After that can mount the radiator for good. Got the measurements already for the fan shroud so just need to pass that to my buddy with the CNC cutter and can get that finished. Only fitment issue I ran into with the radiator is the top port, gonna have to make a tight 90 around the turbo but no biggie. Filled and primed the motor today so got that finished. Monday Ill run by the John Deere shop and pick up some JD Hygard for the transmission. Damn near ready to start...

Finally!! got ole girl fired up again... Still have a bunch of minor things to finish but for the most part it runs, solid oil pressure, no leaks, no abnormal sounds or any material in the oil. Motor sounds nice and healthy. The stacks are just temporary they will be cut down and flush with the hood. I need to measure and order my new driveshafts still but for the most part everything is working great. Apsolutly no issue with the 4l80e swap or the tcm swap. No check engine lights or anything. Really happy so far and can't wait to see what it can do. Be honest I'm just excited to be able to drive it again.
Anyways heres a little first start up video...
