another thing is a stock tranny will only take so much power over a period of time

I hope he has a good turbo capable of running that kind of boost, or it will be in pieces pretty soon. Sounds like an electrical issue. A very good transmission builder is near you. Costs a good bit of cash up front but a heck of a warranty. www.brianstruckshop.com

What year is the truck, looks to be a '04 6.0L by the badging and headlights, but those are easily changed? Is it the 6.0 or 7.3, I can't see the tach. Also, with the mods you listed, those boost numbers are WAY out of line. That would make me wonder about the whole deal personally.
