I have a 2012 6.2 and want to wire up my window switch, what wires do I need to tap? Ive got a MSD 8969 and the WOT will be on a button. Thanks.

 

So you wanna use your window switchs for the nitrous arming??

kinda unclear of what your doing.

 

your window switchs are also momentary so remember that.

 

Can use a couple of these....


DEI 611T Mosfet Multiswitch NEW

 

Tap them into your Window Up side of the switch.. Done.
NO have to rewire anything, just tap into the wire at the motor.
put a couple LEDs on the das so you know when the signal has been sent and when your window switch has powered up.

Put a master switch under the dash so it cant be activated inadvertantly..

 

That MSD window switch dosent have a built in TPS, and I dont want to fab a WOT micro switch so Ill use a push button to act as the WOT micro switch. I need to know what color the tach wire is and where mainly.

 

hum.. i know on the 99-02 is the white wire..

might have to do a lil reading or call MSD.. i believe you can tap one of the wires on a coil.. cant rem which tho.
