the fuel PSI is the same whether your running a 25 shot or a 500 shot. as long as the pump is up to the task

Id go stand alone for anything over 175 proly. Id rather have too much and go rich then pump fail and go lean and melt the block

If you steal it before the rails, then you need to have a separate pressure regulator on the fuel correct?

I think it depends on the rear. return style Im sure you would because the fuel is referenced at the rails, and returnless is in the tank
