Look up robie the robot. He has a accurate nitrous jet calculator that has been really close for me.

Ive found that the NOS jets are a little different physically than the NX style jets. NX being more common. But as far as orphis size, id try using the jet calculator like mentioned and go from there. A wideband is very handy for nitrous too

start with whatever your jetting chart you got with the kit says and change it as necessary depending on what the plugs tell you

We have to make sure the system is safe for EVERY car that it gets bolted on to. Not too mention NA tunes can play a big part in it as well. I've seen NA tunes on LS cars vary from 12.6-13.2. So clearly the AFR on nitrous would very a lot as well.

There will always be power left on the table. But this is why we encourage plug reading and learning to tune some what so you can safely extract all the power of the system.
I understand. But was laying it out there as I do run your plate kit. And just by reading the plugs for your stock setting I have to drop down fuel sizes alot (especially with a/f readings on dyno) I just think you guys are richer than I prefer on a kit. BUT all good nitrous kits still require finally tuning from the user.
