Default TPS and Tach Signal 01 Silvy

I am getting ready to install my nitrous kit and want to verify what I am reading here online. Some people have said the dark blue wire is the TPS signal and other have said the green wire is. I have 3 wires coming out of my TPS, see below:

I pulled the following from Ls1tech:
A better place to pull tach instead of going off the PCM is to go off the main coil pack plug on the female side ( its a white plug the all the coil wires go into ) on the passenger side. There will be two row's of wires. You will need the top row ( Row closest to you ) and it will be the second wire from the back ( or second wire from the left ). IT should be a solid green wire or a light green wire w/ a white tracer.

I have not seen many people use the signal from the coil pack. Does anyone see a problem with doing it this way?

Hmm, well the black wire should definitely be the ground, so its gonna be between the blue or the green. My best suggestion would be to test the 2 with a multimeter. One will be +12V constant and the other will vary as you move the throttle blade. Obviously the one that varies will be your signal wire. You will want to check this with the key on and engine off.

And I don't see why you couldn't get tach signal from there... worst case scenario, it doesn't work, the nitrous won't spray and you tape up the wire and get you signal from the pcm... I would try it if it meant a slightly cleaner engine bay.

Awesome, thanks for your input.
