timing with nos

How big of a shot can I go with before I need to take timing out or do I need to do it with any shot. I will only spray in 3rd gear. 1st and 2nd gear are good enough.

I've heard that you can go up to a 100 shot with a motor tune after that just take out 2* for every 50 shot

I have my computer tuned for what I have already done to my truck. I am not sure what they did witht the timing on it. Will I still need another tune.
