Default Stand Alone Fuel System "DONE"

Thanks to Dave at Nitrous Outlet for helping to get this project off the ground.

The MagnaCharger Intercooler Reservoir/Nitrous Stand Alone Fuel System is done. This is made to drop into the stock GM battery box.

These are built to order and will take 2-4 weeks to be produced. The price is $899.00 and includes everything in the first photo. There is a Walbro 255 pump mounted inside the fuel tank portion. The fittings needed to hook up to the intercooler system are listed below.

The tank will require these fittings below to connect the Intercooler System. These are from Summit Racing.

This is the tank that is going into my TBSS. I had the welds blended, tank polished, some chrome done for the fill caps and the fittings installed. I also ordered the black fittings for the Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator to make everything flow with the Black and Polish underhood.

The TrailBlazer SS has a small line that comes off the top of the Heat Exchanger. This line is nothing more then a bleed for any air trapped in the top of the heat exchanger. If they are not using the TrailBlazer SS Heat Exchanger then they can just put a plug in that location.

Here are some pictures of it mounted. I will be making a new fender support so it doesnt go over the intercooler fill cap.
