Heres the way a lighting was set up a while back, the time put into was unbeliveable but the end result was amazing and completely concealed.

That's something like what I'm considering but the battery will be there not the second bottle. Probably won't worry with the cover either since the space where the spare goes is pretty deep. That setup does look very nice though. Lots of thought in it
