Default Real world numbers?

I am going to run a 100 shot next time to the track. I am looking for real world numbers of what it took off your 1/4 mile time. I know there are tons of variables and that is why I am looking to see what it took off your time. Thanks

I don't want to debate my gains I want to see what others have run. Not being a dick but I just don't want million post of what everyone thinks because that doesn't help me.

I am hoping to see 5-10 different people's gains with 75-100 hop shot in the quarter mile.

Over on ls1tech.com I have had quite a few response ranging from .6 in the 1/8 to as much as 1.4 sec in the 1/4. I was just wondering what people gained in there heavier truck.

What it does in other peoples truck may not happen in yours. General rule is 100 hp your going to drop a second in the 1/4. But, that all depends on if you hook up, your suspension setup, your tune, many factors involved. My 4.8 runs mid 14s with minimal mods, that doesnt mean all 4.8s will do the same with my mods and tune. I know this isnt the response you want, but its what I'm giving you.

Good info to put on a public forum to help others. That is a reason I want as many numbers as I can get. I know general rule is 1 sec for a 100 hp. but because that is a general rule I am hoping to see what others have found in the real world with there truck. I am going to track Oct. 14th or 21st so I will know what it does for me.

I agree with what was said above about 100 shot equaling about a second if you are in the 14-15 second range. Once you start going faster, it takes a lot more juice to keep up the pace.
