Well tonight i figured i'd go out and take advantage of this 22 degree weather and hit a little bit of nitrous. first time i sprayed damn it ran like a raped ape and had no problems. second time i hit it i was in second gear looked down at the tac and it was at 6000 and it should shift 2>3 at 5800, thought it was kinda odd and right before i could let off i hear a big boom and a big ball of fire come out on the right side of my hood and all the thoughts come to my head, a blown motor, so as i was coasting i gave it some gas to see if it was still running and sure enough it was so i pull over everything is running just fine and i pop the hood and see the intake tube and airbox lid blown off the airbox so then i knew it just a nitrous back fire.
The thing i was wondering does the colder weather have anything to do with this in any way or am i just running to big of a shot of nitrous, right now im running a 150 wet shot
