For some reason if my bottle presser is anything over 950 psi the N20 solenoid will lock up! What could be causing this? I'm using the HSW sudden impact dry kit with a trick performance digital window switch.

alot of noids are sensitive to high pressure and heat. Make sure they are not in a spot where they can get too much heat. Also you may have a weak coil. If the heat is not the problem and the psi isn't over 1050-1100, I would send them in to get checked.

1st. The coil in not spec'd to be at that pressure. The larger the orifice size the stronger the coil needs to be in a normal solenoid.( no pilot stuff)
2nd. Check your wiring feed the 12 volts to the noids and relay battery wire should be 12ga no smaller for best performance.
3rd. The ground at the solenoids are not making a good contact. This is highly unlikely but a possiblity.
4th. your guage is reading wrong and you are way off scale.
Hope this helps and hope you like the window switch.
